Live Cooking Counters · 14 dishes

Live counters for Mumbai events.

Nine formats, each cooked in front of guests at the venue rather than plated in the back. Live counters are what move an event from catered to hosted, and they are the single most requested upgrade on a Mumbai wedding brief.

Live Cooking Counters

Nine plated-to-order stations: tandoor, dosa, wok, pizza oven, pasta, khow suey, chaat, waffle, churros. Plus five one-pot rice formats for sit-downs.

How many live counters does one event need?

Two to four is the working range for a Mumbai wedding of 200 to 400 guests. Below two the room does not read as a live event, above four the queues thin out and each station underperforms.

What do live counters cost?

Premium formats with live counters run from Rs 1,200 per guest. The number moves with how many stations the venue can power and staff, which is confirmed at the site check.
