A genuine Jain kitchen is not a regular kitchen with the onion left out. It's separate prep, separate utensils, no roots, no fermented ingredients, and a cook who knows the difference between Vaishnav-friendly and strict Jain spec. Yes — separate prep area, separate utensils, no onion / garlic / root vegetables. Our Jain Dal Makhani, Jain Paneer Makhani, Jain Amritsari Chana and Jain Malai Methi Matar are wedding favourites. We also have a full Jain dessert station — moong dal halwa with kesar milk, gulab jamun, fresh fruit.
Yes. We've catered receptions of 1,500+ guests. For weddings over 500, we recommend a 30-day notice and a tasting at our Andheri kitchen. Multiple live counters keep service smooth at scale.
We're a 100% vegetarian kitchen — that's the baseline. Beyond that: full Jain spec, gluten-free options, sugar-free dessert range, and we can label dishes for guests with allergies (lactose, nut). Send us your spec sheet and we'll plan around it.
