The mistake is briefing each month as if it were a one-off lunch. April orders what she likes, May copies it with a different dessert, and by the monsoon the table is eating the same Indian spread again. Ask for the written twelve-month plan before you book sitting one: Gujarati thali, then Thai, then a chaat afternoon, eight cuisines on the tasting menu. The host of the month still chooses plated drop-off or chaat-led from that plan. The trade-off is less theatre for the host, twelve lunches that do not repeat for the group.

A table of twelve is not a catering booking
The drop-off minimum is twenty guests; below that Kravvia does not send a lunch. For a kitty of twelve, mithai boxed per guest from the ₹850 to ₹2,400 per kg range works as the dessert or the take-home, not as the lunch. Do not pad a twelve-person table to twenty on paper to clear the minimum; the leftover is what the group remembers.

What is the smallest kitty you will cater as a lunch?
Drop-off starts at twenty guests. Buffet with service from fifty, live counters from one hundred at ₹1,200 per guest. Below twenty Kravvia does not send a lunch; sweet boxes from ₹560 work as dessert or a take-home. Do not inflate the headcount to clear the minimum.

The host changes house every month. Do you follow?
The lunch follows the host. Drop-off runs across Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Powai, BKC, Lower Parel, South Bombay, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Khar, Worli and Goregaon. Confirm the address and the delivery window when you book, because the house moves.
Three of us are strict Jain. Does the whole table have to be?
No. Flag it at the first briefing. Kravvia has run strict Jain service since 2012 from a fully isolated Jain kitchen, from ₹850 per guest. Jain plates run beside the main lunch; they are not a month-six apology.
