Kitty party catering for the ninth lunch.
Month nine, not month one, is the brief. A Mumbai kitty of twenty to sixty sits together twelve times a year, and March is judged against February. Kravvia sets that year across eight cuisines so no lunch repeats. The host of the month picks from a plan rather than writing a brief overnight.

The mistake is briefing each month as if it were a one-off lunch. April orders what she likes, May copies it with a different dessert, and by the monsoon the table is eating the same Indian spread again. Ask for the written twelve-month plan before you book sitting one: Gujarati thali, then Thai, then a chaat afternoon, eight cuisines, two hundred dishes on the tasting menu. The host of the month still chooses plated drop-off or chaat-led from that plan. The trade-off is less theatre for the host, twelve lunches that do not repeat for the group.
Drop-off lunch
Three courses, hot and plated, cleared in one trip.
Chaat afternoon
A chaat-led menu with a dessert course, the kitty format that gets re-booked most.
Standing rotation
A written twelve-month plan for the group, one host briefing per year.

A table of twelve is not a catering booking
The drop-off minimum is twenty guests. A kitty of twelve is a pantry problem, not a catering one. Two routes hold: mithai boxed per guest from the ₹700 to ₹2,100 per kg range, or the ready-to-eat pantry, thirteen pouches at ₹160 to ₹200, each hot in four minutes. Both land across Mumbai. Neither puts a caterer in the hall. Do not pad a twelve-person table to twenty on paper to clear the minimum; the leftover is what the group remembers.
What is the smallest kitty you will cater as a lunch?
Drop-off starts at twenty guests. Buffet with service from fifty, live counters from one hundred at ₹1,200 per guest. Below twenty, mithai boxes or the thirteen-pouch pantry at ₹160 to ₹200. Do not inflate the headcount to clear the minimum.
How do we keep twelve lunches from repeating?
Book the standing account, not twelve one-offs. Eight cuisines and two hundred dishes on the tasting menu produce twelve different lunches in a year. The host of the month picks from the written plan, not from a blank page.
The host changes house every month. Do you follow?
The lunch follows the host. Drop-off runs across Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Powai, BKC, Lower Parel, South Bombay, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Khar, Worli and Goregaon. Confirm the address and the delivery window when you book, because the house moves.
Three of us are strict Jain. Does the whole table have to be?
No. Flag it at the first briefing. Kravvia has run strict Jain service since 2012 from a fully isolated Jain kitchen, from ₹850 per guest. Jain plates run beside the main lunch; they are not a month-six apology.
