Priti S Shah founded Kravvia in Andheri, Mumbai in 1999 — fifty plates, a Jain wedding, a borrowed second oven. Twenty-five years later, she runs the production kitchen at Hubtown Solaris and a women-led house that caters across eight vegetarian cuisines: Punjabi, Jain, Gujarati, Maharashtrian, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Mexican. In 2012 she opened a second, fully isolated kitchen for Jain service. In 2022 she commissioned a retort production line — thirteen ready-to-eat SKUs, twelve-month shelf life, zero preservatives, shipping pan-India. Every senior role at Kravvia, by 25-year operational policy, is held by a woman.
