What is the return policy for retort pouches?
Damaged, swollen or broken-seal pouches are replaced at no cost: WhatsApp a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Unsealed or correctly delivered pouches are non-returnable under food safety regulations. Damaged-in-transit claims are always honoured.
